By entering The Truckstop Saloon, at 4150 Mission Blvd, San
Diego, CA 92109, you acknowledge that photography, video

recording, or other media capture (including digital or AI-
generated content) may occur on our premises.

Your presence in our restaurant constitutes your consent, and, if
you are a parent or guardian, the consent of any minor under
your supervision, to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise
recorded. You grant The Truckstop Saloon the irrevocable right to
use your image, likeness, or voice in such media for promotional,
advertising, or other commercial purposes, including but not
limited to social media, websites, print materials, and other
marketing channels, without compensation or further notice.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a
staff member immediately upon arrival, and we will make
reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
